I design, cut and sew every Mia Moll garment myself, by hand, in Murcia. That’s why I want you to be able to try it on calmly at home and, if it’s not for you, return or exchange it without any hassle.
You have 14 days
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to exchange or return it, without giving me a reason.
Size or garment exchanges: free
Message me on WhatsApp on +34 616 70 92 74 or email gema@miamoll.es. I’ll arrange for the garment to be collected and send you the new one at no cost. If your size is sold out and there’s fabric left, I’ll make it for you in about 10 days; if you’d rather not wait, I’ll refund you.
Returns with a refund
I’ll refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, using the same payment method and within 14 days at the latest from when you tell me. I may wait until I have the garment back (or proof that you’ve sent it) before refunding.
Return shipping costs 6,00 €, deducted from the refund. If you bring it to the boutique at C/ Trapería 36, Local 4, it’s free.
What condition it must come back in
Please send it back exactly as you received it: unworn, unwashed, with the Mia Moll security tag and all other labels attached. No stains, no smells (perfume, smoke…), no traces of make-up or deodorant, no pulled threads and no damage of any kind. You can try it on as you would in a shop, to check the size and fit; that’s all you need.
Every piece is unique and has to be able to go back to the boutique in perfect condition for someone else. So if it comes back worn, washed, without the security tag or damaged through use, I can’t accept an exchange and, for a return, I’ll deduct the loss in value from the refund, which can be the full amount if the garment can no longer be sold. I’ll always explain it to you with photos before doing anything.
Sales
Online purchases made during the sales can be exchanged or returned just like any other.
Purchases at the boutique
If you buy in the shop, you can exchange the garment for another one or for a credit note with no expiry date within 30 days, with the receipt and the security tag attached, under the same conditions as above.
If something is faulty
Write to me. You have a 3-year legal guarantee; if a garment has a manufacturing fault, I’ll repair it, replace it or refund you, and I’ll cover the shipping.
How to do it, step by step
- Email gema@miamoll.es or message me on WhatsApp on +34 616 70 92 74 with your name, the order and whether you want an exchange or a refund.
- I’ll confirm in writing the same day or the next.
- We arrange a collection, or you bring it to the boutique.
- I check the garment and send you the new one or refund you.
